Refund & Returns
1. Return Window
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need your order number and proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, including gels, strips, syringes, mouth trays, and other oral care products that come into contact with the mouth. This policy is in place for your safety.
3. How to Start a Return
Email our customer service team at evelyndentalwhite@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We'll review your request and reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and provide instructions (or a prepaid return label where available).
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note it may take a few extra days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
6. Sale Items
Regular-priced and discounted items can be returned. Final sale items (clearance or custom/personalized products) are non-refundable.
7. Free Gift Promotions
If you received a free gift with a purchase of $20 or more, the entire order (including the free gift) must be returned to receive a full refund. If only the purchased item is returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund so you can order again.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at evelyndentalwhite@gmail.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
