Processing Time
Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 3 business days.
Customized (OEM/ODM) orders may take longer — approximately 15–20 business days. We will confirm the final production lead time with you by email after your order is placed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
1. Standard Shipping (Free)
Orders are shipped directly from our factory via AliExpress Yanwen. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on the destination. Some countries may be faster.
2. Express Shipping (UPS / DHL / FedEx)
Recommended for urgent orders, or orders that cannot be shipped via Yanwen. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. An additional shipping fee applies. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the express shipping rate, and we will arrange a payment link for the shipping fee difference.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your email within 1–2 business days. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Runglay cannot estimate or control these charges. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any return and reshipment costs.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, weather, or carrier conditions, which are outside our control.
